I just noticed that the last four weeks my pre-authorized withdrawls have increased by $1.28 but I was never informed of the increase, is this legal? Is it fraud? I am a member of Premier/Mademoiselle Fitness in Canada and I love the gym but thats still money that could be in my pocket and they also increased daycare costs!
